Which service console for 3.1.0

Hello, I want to upgrade a 2.5.8 project to 3.1.0. However, it is not clear to me which version of the Windows service is needed for 3.1.0, and if a server distribution file is needed. When looking at the app store, no 'related downloads' are visible for 3.1.0 (nor for 3.0.0).

I contaced Mendix. They indicated that Mendix Service Console 4.2.1 can be used for Mendix 3.0.0 till the latest Mendix 5.*-version. I'm still looking for the 3.1.0 server distribution though.
