Error 1069: Logon error while starting service in mendix service console

We have cloned our host cluster in order to create a new environment for UAT purpose. In the cloned env, we did the set up for the for the replicated DB and made necessary changes as per the requirement in the mendix service console. But when starting the services, I am getting error like "Cannot start service <project name>" on computer '.'. Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure". Can someone help me resolve this error? Thank you.

I expect that the user and pasword for the service are not correct.

Error 1069 is a windows error that states that a service can't be started due to issues with the user and/or password for the account being used for a NT service. Check the service for your app in the service console on the logon tab.
