How to configure more than one extension in file manager

Hi All, I want to know how to configure more than on extension in file manager. I tried to do like this (but it didn't work) 1. pdf, xlsx 2. pdf xlsx 3. pdf ; xlsx Any idea? Thank you.

I copy/pasted the following from a 5.18 project. 

txt;xml

I think the white space in 3. is creating a problem.
