Hello, newbie here! I have an entity called 'Business Area' with an attribute 'AreaName', in my menu bar navigation i have created an item for 'BusinessArea', i now want tto generate sub items to basically list the objects for the 'AreaName'. I want to do this in such a way that it automatically lists the objects instead of hard coding them as subitems so that if the objects change the subitems will also change to reflect the new objects. Is this possible?

Have a look at the Multi level menu widget. Sounds like it does what you need.
