Is there any HTML editor available as widget? I need to enable the customer to edit a HTML formatted mail.

The Rich-text Editor in the AppStore lets you format text using a WYSIWYG and saves it as HTML. You could then use the attribute where it's saved to send the email with.

I would also appreciate this. Something like the fck editor.
