Ls, I`m working on an offer for a client that works with Expertdesk, we work with TOPdesk. To do decent integration I would like to know the following: Is Expertdesk able to send out emails with all ticket informattion and able to receive emails and auto process them? Is expertdesk able to work with a JSON API?
