Inconsistency in decimal separator?

When I have to give a Decimal input I have to use a comma (,) as decimal separator, but when using the search fields I have to use a dot (.) for it to work. Is this a bug? Or is this some region/language setting? We have Dutch as our only language in our application.

I'm curious if perhaps this was fixed in 5.21. There's a fix in the release notes that mentions regional settings for dates in the search fields:

Search fields for dates on grids now respect the custom date formats specified in the language options. (Ticket 101024)

Perhaps regional formatting for numbers was fixed as well? If not, please submit a support ticket.

Added it as an idea in the hope it gets picked up, issue was still present in Mx 8.3 btw
