Hi all, I would like to setup security for my app. The role model is: MxAdmin: Can access everything Manager: Overview pages; workflow pages for all departments Operations Department A: workflow page for department A Operations Department B: workflow page for department B Operations Department C: workflow page for department C I have set up the roles on module and project level. There is still the role "user", I am unsure what to do with this role, since it is used in modules such as System or Administration. Can I just delete this role? Do I have to handle it in a specific way?

It is up to you, as long as you don't delete an admin role you can do what you want with roles. 'User' is created as a default for your convenience when you create a project.
