webservice internal error doesnt response with error

Is there any option to set, that the webservice returns an error status as response status, in case there is an error in the data (NULL validation). For example next error: com.mendix.integration.WebserviceException: Attribute 'Attribute1' is neither optional nor nillable but mapped value 'Test.Attribute' is null for operation 'GetTest' In earlier version we got an error message replied by Mendix, but now the response is: HTTP/1.1 200 OK And the xml content just stopped.
