Issue with adding card to entity using card io scanner

Hi, I have used card IO scanner to add card details to entity. Since it is not reading the expiry date, i have added an input pop up to add the expiry date. in the first scan of the card all the card details is inserted into the entity. but when i scan the second time it shows the expiry date of previously scanned card in the input pop up and if i save the details it updates the previous card details. Can anybody help to fix this issue?
