Card IO Scanner is not triggering for the second time.

Hi, I have added card io scanner widget in my project page and called a microflow that contain a call to prompt page which accept the card expiry date and commit the card data. i am able to add the card once . if i am trying to add card for second time it only prompt the page that accept the card expiry date. how can i resolve this issue ??? the attached screenshot is the microflow that call in the card io widget
