How to re-transfer the web-side changed form to the database?

When I use DatabaseReplication, I import the train table in Postgresql on the Web. I am processing the table on the Web. After adding a new line, when I click the sync button, the table in the Postgresql database has not changed. Why is this? Or what should I do to achieve this? The last line is my new data. The data in my database has not changed.
