How to claim credits?

I finished a challenge and clicked on "claim my credits". However, I did not get any. Has anybody been more succesfull and can tell me what I am doing wrong?

I managed to claim my Credits. It gave me a popup with the ability to claim credits, and after clicking it, it said something like:

 

Congratulations you've just earned 80 credits

Your total now is 80 credits.

So yes, it is indeed possible!

I noticed that the challanges are different for different users. Is there a patern?
