University Module - Start with a Blank App

I am having trouble getting the map to retrieve the data I input into the fields. When I put in a zip code, it will populate correctly but not pull the map. This is the last few sections of the module.

Unfortunately the GoogleMaps Widget needs an API key if you don’t provide Latitude and Longitude.
