Using camera and microphone access in the Mendix application while running the application.

Is there any way by which I can access the microphone and camera of the laptop from Mendix application while it is running. I wanted to use microphone and camera to make calls. I am new to Mendix, I tried searching for that but I was not able to get the required stuff.

Here I found a widget for Camera accessing in Mendix application, not phonegap app.
