Right-click button or link

When I right-click on a button or a link it opens the context menu, but it also still does the button action. How can I change this to behave like normal where only the context menu displays and the action is not performed.?

Hi Melinda,

I have quickly tested it in Chrome on Mx 5.20 . There the CSS animation of the click is played, however the click action is not performed.
