Login issue

So I am from Penn State University, they offer us mendix to use for assignments. The account my university gave me is bugged were everyone except me can login. Whenever I try to login I keep getting an server-error. X

As I have seen this issue mentioned on the forum before without an answer, I’d like to suggest to file a ticket with Mendix support to get to the cause of this error. Mendix | Support

Please let the forum know what the issue was based on the findings of Mendix support, this could help others experiencing the same issue.
