Hello When I open Mendix Studio  I got this error even I have internet You are currently offline We can't log you in because you are not connected to the internet. When you're back online hit the "Try again" button below. Or continue and work offline., so I can not log in  could you ive me a solution? (Mendix Studio Pro 8.0.0)

Hello Safae,

We confirmed at Mendix that the issue arises when trying to sign in for Mendix 8 beta 3. The issue is related to the default Transport Layer Security settings in Windows 7. On Windows 10 there is no problem. We are working on a fix.

Thanks for your input, that made it easier to pinpoint the problem.

it works !!! how can I change the statut to (SOLVED) here please ?

and when I make my friend  open the same studio with the same version  and with my account in his computer , He doesn’t got this issue at all  !!

I catch same problem on WIndows 10. But this problem is very strange. If try to go to App Store login dialog opens again without problem of *You are currently offline*. But...after I enter correct credentials I got new error: Getting tokens failed.

 

ALSO!! When error is appear (very often for me) https://forum.mendix.com/ and https://developer.mendixcloud.com/ in all browser show error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. But after some hours you can refresh page – and error is gone. 

But sometimes (very rarely) problem disappear and I connect to cloud...but rarely. I can only once
