Hi mendix group, As we are having object browser in mendix, as I read its documentation, I found it is only compatible with mendix versions 5 and less than 5. So, my question is do we have any up-gradation to his component to have compatibility with mendix 6.0.1. version? if yes, where can I found this in app store.

If there is a newer version available it would be under the same name in the app store. In my experience modules/widgets compatible with Mendix 5 aren't automatically compatible with Mendix 6. You can try upgrading to the lates Mendix 5 release and if it then still works export it and import it to a Mendix 6 project.
