I'm binding yearnummers into a dropdown to filter on years in my overview. I want to use the defaultvalue. Is it possible to get the Currentyear and use this as a default value? My overview shows a list of records and we're filtering manually with search fields on the year.

why there is no default value for drop down list, are there any way to add on page load ?
