How can I change a locally on disk-app to a mendix team server-app?

Hello, I want to change a “locally on disk”-app to a “mendix team server”-app. I don’t know what to do. When I try to open my App and I choose “Mendix Team Server” in the “Open App” dialog, I got the error “Team Server App: The selected Team Server App is not initialized." How can I initialize the Team Server?

Can you deploy the app to the cloud? If so, it should go automatically. If not, Team Server was probably not enabled when starting the app. Check out the answer here for a solution:

If I try to “upload to version control server”, I get:

“An error occured while downloading the project.”

“SharpSvn.SvnObstructedUpdateException: ‘...path...’ is already a working copy for a different URL”
