Create a list from a set of variables

I’d like to create a list. And the dimensions are defined. How do I fill the content of the list from another Object? For example, list #1 has 5 columns and object #1 has 10 variables. I’d like to fill the 5 columns from object #1. Thank you

It is not clear to me what you want. Object#1 has 10 variables, you mean 10 attributes I suppose? And the list, Mendix does not know lists. What do you mean by list, an entity with 5 attributes and maximum 1 object? Or an entity with one attribute and 5 objects?
