Input Mask on text box not working

Hi, I am using Input Mask for the phone number text box. During running it is working as expected in Google Chrome browser only. In other browsers like Microsoft Edge, Mozila FireFox, Internet Explorer etc. is not working proper. It is not deleting entered values after applying input mask on text box field for phone number. Below are the screenshots: In browser after running I am not able to delete or edit field:

Tested this in chrome, firefox and IE and works in every browser.

I tested this with version 7.23.1 so it might be a version dependent issue. Try and setup a small test to verify my results in 7.23.1 if this works you could try and test this in a higher version. It might also be a completely unrelated issue with some other widget on the page as it is browser dependent on your project.
