At the end of every module there is a knowledge check which has questions which are comparable with the exam questions.  E.g, :

You won’t find any questions online (except for the knowledge checks in the rapid developer course).
If you understand everything from the rapid develop course then you’ll be able to pass the exam.

In order to give an exam you should probably do the Rapid Developer exam yourself first?
