TortoiseSVN cannot add to ignore list

The titel says it all! I really don’t get it…. I followed this point by point (twice in different project, one of them is blank) https://docs.mendix.com/howto7/front-end/set-up-sass Any idea’s?

The first thing I would check is the version of TortistSVN you are running. Since you are on version 8.3, you will need TortiseSVN version 1.9. The latest tortoise SVN is 1.13, and unless you use the correct one you will not be able to interact with the repository in the file explorer.
