modelsdk / platformsdk: how to include dependencies?

I have a module which has some dependencies. For example a JAR file. When I use the modelsdk to export the mpk (exportModuleMpk) I get a nice mpk with all the Mendix-based content. But there is no way to tell the model SDK to include the jar dependencies. The same applies for the sources of the Java actions. Is this a know limitation of the modelsdk? Or am I missing how to tell the exportModelMpk to include these files?
