You can use the HTML snippet widget to add custom html to your page. So this should be possible. 

As long as the website you want to show supports it, you can use https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/21/.  There are a few other considerations too (like SSO between your application and the application you want to embed, styling differences between the two applications, etc.), but that is more a design/requirement question.
