Somebody has not done a good job when reconfiguring the Resources tab. That tab used to be easily overlooked and is now replaced by download buttons underneath the text Resources for this lecture. Unfortunately they have not added the module package. Your best option is to click the feedback button on the right or send an email to support@mendix.com about it.
