Dear Experts, We are using Feedback and Stories API to retrieve information from team server. The API’s are working fine in our local environment. But, when the app is deployed to the siemens cloud, we are facing an exception as below. We imported possible root certificates associated with sprintr.home.mendix.com but the issue persists. One observation is that when we are using feedback widget, it was using the endpoint https://sprintr.home.mendix.com/submitissue/ and feedback was successfully submitted. But the above endpoint is not officially documented. Can someone throw light on the issue as we expected the same handshake issue in the feedback widget as well. Do we need to do any additional configuration to access API in cloud. Regards, Chengaiah.
