Unable to create New app

After Clicking create Setup During Creation it is stuck during Synchorinization and gives the following error. Package 'C:\Users\106012\Documents\Mendix\LearnNow Training Management-main_2\widgets\SprintrFeedbackWidget.mpk': Widget ID 'SprintrFeedbackWidget.SprintrFeedback' already occurred in package 'C:\Users\106012\Documents\Mendix\LearnNow Training Management-main_2\widgets\FeedbackWidget.mpk'. Any help would be appreciated.

You somehow have two versions of a feedback widget in your app. Click Project → Show project directory in the explorer. then go to the directory /widgets and remove FeedbackWidget.mpk. After having removed it, you should be able to start your app up fine.
