I am updating my _custom-variable.sass file and running my app again using Pro but there is no difference. What am I missing?

Changing the SCSS file will not automatically update the main.css file. Calypso will convert the SASS to CSS in the correct location and inject it into the browser: https://docs.mendix.com/howto/front-end/calypso
