Email Attachment has a different extension/corrupted when received by the Receipient

Hi All, One of my apps sends an email to an RPA system with few attachments in it . And the RPA Bot tries to read .xlsx files. Where in when the email is received it has extension .xlsx.xlsx=, And this only happening when there are special characters/Characters from different language in the file name. When checked in the Sent emails, I Could see the file is sent with .xlsx extension itself. I have attached the screenshots of the email log and the mail received. Did anyone face such issue? Please suggest a clue / idea to find the cause or resolve the conflict
