Hi, I am getting some errors only when, running in cloud. Trying to access logs using Operate→ Logs, but I don’t see any thing. it;s grayed out. Indicating to upgrade. Are there any pre-requisites or settings to access the logs and further investigate? Also, when I try to do Deploy->Env->View Live logs . It doesn’t show anything Thanks, Manyam

There have been some issues with the live log in the free environments. If you have the livelog open while reproducing the errors or logs and they are not showing file a support ticket here: https://support.mendix.com
