Not able to Access External entity using Datahub in production mode

When i try to access external entity using datahub with no security it is working fine. But, when Application from which data is fetching is in production mode, when i open corresponding external entity overview page in requestor application, iam getting a popup saying "Error Please contact Administrator”.

Hi Akash,

Have you set up Authentication on the External Entity on the publishing side, and configured this accordingly on the consuming side?https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/consumed-odata-service/#25-authentication
