It would be helpful to have a split in portal permissions between creating of a backup and downloading it. Since we work with external developers, we would like them to be able to create backups of production databases (for rollback scenario's when releasing, or to roll out on acceptance or pre-production environments), but we don't want them to download these backups to their own devices (because of security risks when loosing these devices).
