It would be great (and it will make life easier) to have a tool listing the project's installed modules along with their version.
Also, it would help to ask the module's developers to be aligned with a to-be Mendix standard for identifying the module's version.
This should really be reflected better in Studio Pro - If you use the mpr tool, the module versions are even there, but they are not easily accessible.
