Recently, more and more questions asked in the Mendix forums have had users copy and paste responses by chat models like ChatGPT.
While AI can be an invaluable tool in helping out the community, attempting to pass the output of these models as your own is immoral and can lead to incorrect "solutions" being spread.
When answering questions on the forum, there should a check box that lets users declare whether or not the provided answer was assisted by AI.
Also if AI models are trained on those forum posts, it results in model collapse
Absolutely. If nothing is done, Mendix forums will be unusable and full of AI slop very soon. Vote and comment also here, please: https://community.mendix.com/link/space/community/ideas/5181
