Currently it can still be quite cumbersome to interact with the Mendix Cloud DB in case of problems.
There should be some possibility to connect to the DB directly.
When running into DB issues the only way out currently seems to be via backup download/upload - or even worse only via support contact.
We recently encountered some unexpected behaviour filling up our test DB and at that point you can even no longer clear the environment or restore a backup.
