Is there any way to automatically assign key values when importing Excel? I want to import Excel without additional modification, but there is no field to set the key value.

The key is used to match imported records with existing data in your database.

So if you want to import all the data in your database, without matching existing database, just set import action to Create an object for each row in the import template configuration.
