Good day,

 

Please check your entity access for the userrole you are using. On the entity please check that your user has read and write access to the information as your problem seems to be from entity rules and not page rules.

 

Then also on the entity check if there is a Xpath constraint for your user role.

 

If that fails please make sure that the object you are trying to work with has actually been created.

 

That would be my debugging approach to this.
