Inactive System User account using scheduler

I want to change "PUBLIC"."system$user" active = false using scheduler but it is not working. Same microflow working on click Button event through logged in user.

Did you commit the user object after changing it?

If the obejct is not committed, it might still be changed in cache when clicking a button, and it will be changed in cache, but not in the database.
