Challenges claim is not available even after completing the challenges

I got one challenge in profile to complete one learning path – Knowlege is power within 4 weeks and I have completed 2 learning paths during this period but still claim option is not available there. And this is happening 2 times during this 2 months. The learning path I have completed are as follows : Track Application behavior with logging Master Modelling microflows

I currently face the same issue. I created a support ticket for this. Their response was:

This issue has been identified by our internal team and is working on fixing it; as of now we do not have any further updates but I will inform you once I have more information.
