Hi I achieved the Mendix rapid certificate with the previous company, I transferred the certificate from my current company profile when i am trying to retrieve my certificate i am not able to get that how can i get my certificate and where can i get

Hello,
Recently I have faced this issue if I merge an old account (that had the certificates) with a new account. The certificates were not merged over to the new account. Reach out to Mendix support (support.mendix.com) to have the certificates moved over to your new account.
