I have creating a microflow for deleting the unnecessary event inside my list view. But I don't understand why the sign-in button and delete button are still there. Is there anyway to solve this issue?

I think you might be missing a refresh in client on the delete action, but without the domain model and some more details it's difficult to understand what is happening exactly.
