We have similar problem and for resolve this, i have this answer of the Mendix support :

There may be a problem with the regional settings for the decimal symbol. For example French uses ',' not '.'. Can you please try changing this setting by following;

1. Click Start, type control and click to open Control Panel. 

2. Under Clock and Region, click Change data, time, or number formats. 

3. Click Additional Settings…, and then you can manually change the Decimal symbol.

We have a similar problem till now we get the advice to use windows 11 instead of windows 10, but please let me know when you find something else.
