Approvals/Rejections needs to be done in outlook itself without redirecting to application

Hello Team, We are creating an application in which the approvals that are sent through the outlook mail should APPROVE or REJECT directly from the outlook itself without redirecting to the Application because the application is not accessible from outside due to security reasons. We tried using deeplink and other possible ways but all of them are redirecting to the application. Please suggest any alternative way for this issue.

Hmmm, so you want to communicate with an app that may not be accessible from the location that the email is opened?

One idea would be to have an email account that the app can access. Then send the email responses to that email address. In your app, you could then have a scheduled event that retrieves emails from that inbox and processes the responses.
