I am unable to open the Navigation Menu on Mendix version 10.9.0 beta

Hello everyone, I'm new to using Mendix, and I'm encountering an issue when creating a Navigation Menu. Whenever I try to open the Navigation Menu, I encounter an error as shown in the image. Can anyone provide some guidance on how to fix this issue? I'm using Mendix version 10.9.0 beta and macOS version 14.4.1.
