Card with options which will allow to open a small actionable popup

Hi,   I need to add the card on the screen with the options. Those vertical options in reference image has been achieved with the use of ICON. Now when we click on the icon  we want a small container which will contain the list of actionable items. Do we have any widget supporting this behavior.

For a similar use case we used the following widget:

It activates and show a little pop up where you can add your custom content.
