Asking for password and useraname

Hi I am trying to complete the app-making using the template module, but each time I try to work on it, I get a pop-up that states I should sign in for the control server. I tried to use my regular sign-in information, but it is not accepting it. Can someone help me? I use mendix pro 10.9.1

Strangely, I didn't have such a problem on this version. Maybe the problem is with your device? Sometimes the application does not work correctly due to the fact that something is wrong with the device
