How to find and delete picture thumbnails through mendix in Azure

Goodmorning, I am currently experiencing an issue regarding the management of thumbnails which are automatically created through Mendix, and which we store in a Azure Blob storage. Specifically, I am seeking guidance on the process to identify the UUID of the automatically generated thumbnails and how to delete them from azure properly. In the context of my current problem, when deleting an object, I want everything that is associated with it to be deleted as well as from Mendix, as from Azure. Is there anyone here who has had a similair issue, or knows how to solve this? I've tried reaching out to Mendix Support, but they reffered me to the platform. Hoping that someone can.
